Stéphane Etroy joined Charterhouse in 2002 having previously gained wide experience with Price Waterhouse, Credit Lyonnais Bank and Morgan Stanley where he worked in the European Investment Banking division and then in the Private Equity arm. Stéphane has joint French and Swiss nationality and graduated from HEC Business School in Paris. Since joining he has worked on the Coral Eurobet, Autobar, Elior and Fives transactions and played key roles in the MBOs of Wood Mackenzie in June 2009 and Card Factory in April 2010 as well as the recent MBO of ERM in June 2011.  Most recently he originated and led the Bureau van Dijk transaction in July 2011.
