Vincent Pautet joined Charterhouse in 2005 from CDC Equity Capital. Vincent started his career in London working for two years at BNP Paribas in the M&A Team. He then joined CDC Equity where he spent 5 years, working on a number of transactions including Cegelec and TDF. Vincent graduated from Ecole HEC in France and holds a degree in international taxation from Paris Sorbonne University. During his time at Charterhouse he has worked on the Epolia, Elior, Vivarte, Webhelp and BvD transactions.
